Learning to Cope with Anxiety

Hey guys, as some of you know I’ve dealt with anxiety for as long as I can remember. Its definitely been a struggle, and I’ve been very open about my experiences. While some days are better than others, I found one of the best coping skills that worked wonders for me was journaling. What I love most about journaling is that I can be honest with my feelings, everything I write is for my eyes only, and I enjoy the privacy of being able to express my feelings with zero judgment.

While I absolutely love journaling I sometimes find it hard to get into the right mindset, that was until I started using the DiveThru app. What I love about the app is that it helps me DiveThru what I go through. It truly allows me to become more self-aware while using other coping mechanisms such as breathing exercises , and self-reflection techniques. My favorite key features are that it allows me to clear my mind before journaling, it helps me to explore topics with greater depth and complexity, and that it is available for both mobile, and desktop devices. What’s even more amazing is that due to the stress COVID-19 is causing on people’s mental health, the app is currently free to use!

I love using this app on a regular basis, and I’m so happy to have discovered it! I know many people get nervous at the thought of journaling, which is why I highly recommend this app! It truly allows you to relax your mind, so that you can write freely, and comfortably. This app is great If you journal regularly, or are just starting out! It truly helped me to ease my mind, and become more comfortable with writing about my feelings. If you guys want to give it a try for yourself click on the picture below, I highly recommend it! DiveThru has become one of my favorite apps, and I can’t wait to continue to use it!
