Why do your products arrive frozen?

Products are frozen before shipping so that they stay fresh and don’t get damaged during travel. All of my products are made to order and are made from scratch with premium ingredients.

What if I am not home to receive my order?

While SweetLife Bakery does not require a signature for your delivery, I can only guarantee the quality of my product if it is received at the correct shipping time. My Shipping Provider will only leave the package at a recipient’s door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is ‘ reasonable and ‘safe’ to do so. This is why it is also necessary for customers to notify a gift recipient of their Treat box before their delivery.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

If there is a problem with an order you received, please email me at amirarabah@thesweetlifeofamirarabah.com Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

Do you have any Vegan items?

At the moment I do not, but I will have vegan options in the future!

Are you Kosher?

At the moment I am not certified kosher.

Do you have a store front?

Currently I do not have a store front, but I hope to have one in the near future!

 

Should my cake or cupcakes be refrigerated?

No that will dry them out. Upon delivery you’ll see I’ve placed ice packs, and have frozen the product to ensure that they stay fresh during travel. Once you receive your products let them sit at room temperature for 15-30 mins before eating. If you plan on storing them overnight, tightly wrap the box in plastic wrap and leave at room temperature.

When will my package arrive?

I’m sorry, but I cannot specify an exact delivery time. You can track the status of your order on the shipping providers website with your tacking number. Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours and your tracking number may not appear in the shipping providers tracking system for at least 24 hours. Once your order is in the shipping providers system you will know the exact day it will arrive.

How do I cancel my order?

Your order must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Please email me at amirabah@thesweetlifeofamirarabah.com so that I can cater to your request

Can I make changes or modifications to the products offered?

Sorry, at this time I do not allow substitutions for my products , and only offer items to be shipped as they are listed.  Check back frequently for seasonal and holiday specialty items, new flavors, and new treats of the month.

Where can I find nutritional Information for your baked goods?

I use a variety of premium ingredients in my baked goods, including but not limited to, milk, eggs, butter, sugar and flour. My baked goods also do not contain any preservatives or trans fats. Currently, I do not have any other nutritional information available for review at the moment.

Where can I find the Ingredients List?

Click on the item you want in the store, and on the right side you can see the full list of the ingredients for that specific item.

Do you do same day Shipping?

Everything at SweetLife Bakery is made fresh from scratch using premium ingredients. Since I bake to order, I cannot ship same day. All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next day to ship the following business day.

What days can I place my orders?

While you can place your orders any day of the week please be aware that any orders placed during the weekend will not be shipped until Monday as I prep and restock all weekend to be prepared for the following weeks orders.

Do you ship outside of NewYork State

Unfortunately my permit does not allow me to ship outside of NewYork State. I hope to be able to expand SweetLife Bakery further with time so that I can ship all over the United States!

I have food allergies. Do you make anything, dairy, wheat, or nut free?

I do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While I do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of my products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at my facility, I do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, or eggs. SweetLife Bakery (aka I the owner) will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.

Do you have any Gluten Free items?

At the moment I do not, but I will have gluten free options in the future, however the consumer needs to be aware that because everything is produced at the same facility there can be trace amounts of gluten. If you are getting a gluten free product due to a gluten intolerance or celiac disease you must be aware of the risk that the product could have trace amounts of glutton due to inadvertent cross-contamination. SweetLife Bakery (aka I the owner) will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.
